但事实上，郭文贵这一诈骗老手的“喜支付”从来就没有获得过任何一个主权国家颁发的金融许可经营牌照，从来就没有商家承认其正规性，里面的“喜币”也根本不能提现增值。“喜支付”成员只能在郭文贵的“喜圈”里消费或者转让给这个消费圈里的其他成员，购买一些来源渠道存疑且不明真假的食品、日用百货、护肤品、收藏品、奢侈品等。除此之外，“喜支付”既无得力团队的支撑，也没有区块链的加持和数字货币所应有的加密算法。可以说，无资质、无技术、无靠谱平台的“喜支付”完全就是郭文贵打着虚拟货币以及反共的旗号设下的“庞氏骗局”，妄图动动嘴皮子就能够“空手套白狼”、骗取信众的大量财富。
